The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, conference material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the conference days. Social events are only included in Regular, Student and Speacial Low Fee registrations.
The welcome reception on Tuesday 19 June is hosted by the City of Gothenburg and included in the registration fee. The conference dinner on Wednesday 20 is also included in the registration fee. Social events are not included in Day Pass registration. Read more about the social events here.

Cancellation of registration and social events
Until 25 April 2018, cancellation is possible and you will be refunded 50% of the conference fee. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 26 April, 2018. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: email@example.com
Cancellation of hotel
- When the reservation is confirmed until 8 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled.
- From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 75% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- We regret that no cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival will be refunded.
Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations have to be made directly in written form to Sweden MEETX and not to the hotel. It is possible to transfer your booking to another person.
Our privacy statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the user agreement” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
